So we had to get a plumber to sort that out but the leak also messed with electricity on the ceiling... that took 6 months to happen and it was so stressful

Is your boiler gas or electric, like I lived in this flat before and the radiators were absolutely useless as the rooms wouldn't retain the heat unless it was blazing sun which would mate it just sweaty af #OldFlatProblems
