Publicly funded denominational schools (both Catholic and Protestant) are protected under the Constitution *if they existed at Union*. If they came into existence after 1867, they're not protected. This was an extremely important aspect to help the initial unification.

Were you getting that error in the new version? Just saw there was a new release this month after, what, a decade? Haven't updated yet, but looking forward to seeing some forward motion.
