this is a buckskin, not a palomino, but i thought this akhal-teke was a very good representative of Vash-ness.

way back in the day, there was a fansite called Planet Gunsmoke, and one thing that made it so great was that it had high quality screen caps of nearly every frame from every episode of 98. because of it, i was able to splice together this frame into one image, which was only shown as a pan shot.
