and if you stay in a relationship with no hope of change, then you are bound to always get new wounds. time can not prevent that, only repairing the relationship (with work) or leaving the relationship.

Ist aber nicht so.
Selbst wenn alles in Richtung Prävention gemacht würde, die Verhältnisse spürbar verbessert würden, würde ein Rest an Nazi-Schläger übrig bleiben.
