What’s the most effective martial art for women?
IMHO it should be a mastery of kicks to tip the strength/power balance in your favor. There is a reason boxing has weight classes and no matter how much you practice, your punch might have little effect.

Be on the phone, first turn the shoulder, lead with the knee, then rotate the hips.
Don’t worry about height. The most painful roundhouse kick is to the side of the knee (closer to the back of the leg).
