Aisys trying to spread some Christmas mood 🎄 by lighting up the bright red HALOTHANE 🚨 trace during (TIVA) induction 🎅 ...got so scared I obv hyperventilated the pt a little 😉 (gas sample malfunction;quickly resolved;anesthesia w/o adverse events!)

**REPOST**A prehospital nightmare before Christmas😪:~70m,ongoing cp,high risk=high lat OMI🇿🇦➡️2 tert care centers deny the pt➡️local hosp/transfer/still no cath('NSTEMI')➡️peak TnThs 3293 ☹️

**REPOST**84f,on/off CP 72hrs,now constant, sedated RASS-2 (self med w/ 2mg diazepam+zolpi, pt thought:=painkillers!), ED 24hrs ago: Neg for ACS, EKG:SR+'diffuse ST depressions'(written report),htn/smoker/dyslip/dmt2;sat92%,normotensive.
