I had ACA coverage, first 2 yrs were great. after that it was bs. Once I went to an in network Dr and got a $700 bill bc my ACA ins didn’t cover the lab the dr used. I felt scammed. I did my due diligence and found a dr in network how can the lab that my ins knows they use not be?
