I have this madcap notion that 4 GOP congressmen would switch to independent and give Democrats control of the house. Those 4 could set the agenda but would allow impeachment and investigations. Could Trump allowing Musk to directly siphon $$$ out of the US Treasury spur 20 senators to convict?
