There's nothing magical about swing voters, they're just people who have no lifelong views of their own. They happen to live in politically evenly-divided states with a lot of electoral-college weight, and tend to vote against whoever's in office when their unremarkable lives get uncomfortable.

Healthy society? Clearly not.
Not to mention the irony of coupling "healthy society" with the outrage at insurers blatantly putting profits ahead of health. A little? Sure, we still live in an approximately capitalist environment. But not denying almost a third of claims.
