Do you think the Republicans are fighting for equity? There are times when "you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you get what you need." Voting for perfectionism is just a way to pretend you know what you're talking about.

I remember that riff from Trup's first administration. By the time Vietnam ended, practically the whole country was against it and out in the street protesting. We need to be out in the streets again. My husband and I are out protesting 4 days a week. Everybody needs to be out!

My husband & I share your anger/frustration. We now go out weekly on sidewalks to demonstrate against this regime. We remember the Vietnam demonstrations. They worked. We have to keep going and not get sidelined by despair.

I am so embarrassed to be part of this country now. There was a time after WWII when we had a superiority complex because we didn't put people in concentration camps. Well, that's over.
