Aye, it was pretty fantastic! Split between Tokyo and Kyoto, which were both really great in their own way. A total culture shock compared to the UK!

I'd recommend getting some cheap headphones like KBEAR KS2, then investing in a bluetooth DAC like a Fiio BTR3K. That way, you don't worry about losing or damaging the headphones, but get some decent sound quality and bluetooth from the DAC. I have a pair of KBEAR KS2's and like them very much.
