Entry level jobs should NOT require 5 years of experience! 5 years ≠ entry level. 5 years =intermediate level. Lots of recent graduates can’t find an entry level job because no one is giving them a chance. Quit labeling jobs as entry level if you aren’t willing to train anyone new to the field!

I think it’s easier for me to transition to non-Meta platforms because I’m not running a business. I know businesses depends on big platforms like IG, Tiktok, and FB in order to reach potential clients. If you run a business and stopped using Meta platforms, how are you reaching clients now?

If they really want to get rid of “anchor babies” and their immigrant parent, they should deport Melania and Trumps’ children. The 🍊 administration are HUGE hypocrites. Half the administration are married to immigrants, but of course mass deportation doesn’t affect rich people including Musk.

Since the DEI Programs are being gutted in the US, does that mean it will be even harder for POC to get jobs now? I have a BBA since last year and it’s already hard enough to get an entry-level job. I’m stuck at my current job for almost 3 years now and have yet to get hired elsewhere.

This is the terms and conditions page on Tiktok. I think this confirms that Meta bought them out. This would explain why there are so many ads for FB, IG, religious stuff, and extreme right-wing stuff on it now. I don’t want to go back to Tiktok now that there is all this censorship and stuff.

M3T@ can shove it. They auto-flagged my posts saying it’s against Community Guidelines when it is far from the truth. Every time I upload a new profile photo they auto-flag it too. I think they have it out for mermaid performers.
