YouTube Kids in particular is a prime example of this. It has zero quality control and is filled to the brims with harmful ads made to take advantage of kids. Content that is clearly made for adults is consistently marked for kids and even when they claim to manually review it they'll reject appeals

Just like with Visa and Mastercard, YouTube doesn't care about children. YouTube has a long history of targeting and demonetizing videos that speak out against exploitation of children while never touching the hundreds upon hundreds of videos that target children while violating community guidelines
