Retired, active, gullible (I seem to go for every volunteer role going), travel (campervan), travel (international while I still can), not particularly political but still scarred from 14 years of Tory chaos.
AXA Travel insurance proves the point that customer service is king. Unfortunately they are not the benchmark; far from it. My wife had a serious injury, had surgery, returned to the UK and made a full recovery before they paid our claim. Phone contact was dire and emails ignored. Dreadful service.
