Thank you, I did check it out and just joined. Also, I had a demo of Osmind this morning. (I used to work at Epic, so I am always interested in checking out EMRs). Looks amazing! I think I will be switching to that EMR.

However, I feel like for 4 years of learning about meds in med school, 4 years of prescribing in psych residency… and have far from the level of expertise in understanding the science of TMS. What is the best way to get up to speed?

Is somebody actually concerned about psychiatrists prescribing on the first visit? My residency taught that, but it seemed out of touch, for all the reasons you list .
