Last week the NHL hosted a meeting of hockey's major junior hockey stakeholders including CHL, USHL, Hockey Canada, and USA Hockey.
According to Bill Daly, the CHL should be fine. The USHL, thought, might have challenges.

Checked in with NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly today on the Stars & Mavs suing each other. Said it certainly wasn't ideal, but they believe it'll be sorted. Also said the Mavs holding Stars revenue in escrow isn't impacting HRR because the number has still be reported by Stars

The start of the season in Dallas has been a bit of a roller coaster. And that’s ok, because this regular season is all about building for what matters in the spring.
