I use Stalogy but you can also buy a Yamamoto Fountain Pen Paper Sampler (there’s a handful of editions with different papers) and then look for notebooks with that paper in it.

Yoseka definitely. They have a great selection but more importantly they curate a lot of helpful videos and will respond to questions.

A lot of sellers do sample sets. Definitely recommend samples until you’ve narrowed down what you like and don’t like.
