One of these days I’ll have to try your recipe.
I use the Chef Steps method of quartering the bird and cooking light/dark in two separate steps/temps/times.
I also add apples, bacon, and sage in the bags. The bacon you crisp up and it tastes like sausage.

Gonna chime in here and say that Sous Vide turkey is the way make the moistest turkey ever. Basically makes your Thanksgiving bird have the moistness of lunch meat but still have the most of the texture of a roast bird.

I didn't read the comments and didn't see that someone else had done the spreadsheet watusi and did it myself and came up with the same calc. During my research though, I I did see that Camping World could potentially hold 65,194, which could be achieved in 361 years since it's inception (so 2383).

They are kicking the can, 100%. But the CR expires in Jan so we can do this all over again if subsidies aren’t agreed upon in December.
