Interesting. When I check the one I've been replaying, the PS app shows the same thing, just Ghost of Tsushima, no DC tag. I guess they changed it?
You could check your save and see if you have the Hero of Tsushima armor set. That was one of the DC bonuses. Or the Iki Island expansion.

They added it to the PS Plus collection at some point, that might be why it's showing up weird.

I absolutely love this game, but yeah, the combat is the main gameplay focus.
