My local council charges £18 per week to put a small skip in the road and it cannot be placed on the pavement. A car in the same location is free all year and it won't be penalised if part of the vehicle is on the pavement.

Have all these London MPs bothered to read TfLs safety review of bus stop bypasses which showed very low risk to pedestrians. Review document from 2024 on their website here.
