I realized I was moving too fast, trying to do too much. Finally, my wife tolf be to take a break and give grace to myself.

I fell behind but I gained incredible clarity prioritizing the things I needed to do and recharged my battery!

Sometimes the best way to move forward is to stop sprinting.
