I found a new supply of makdous--yes--and bought several jars because nobody sells them for long. But it's expensive, and I know I've made it before from eggplants and peppers that I've grown, so it's probably time to revisit that idea.

Biosolid fertilizers have been used for years, but only recently are authorities testing them for PFAS. I was skeptical about reports from Texas farmers, but I just read farms in other states are halting operations due to unsafe PFAS levels.
