The reason our world is trashed is because we incentivized sociopathic behavior. We elevated greed and punished character and ethics. We can fix this, we just need to at all levels reward decency and penalize douchebaggery. Don’t reward shitty people because they offer short term gain.

How the fuck is this the Cyberpunk future we got. Who looked at a whole ass genre of distopian fiction and said no to having flying cars and gun hands, but yes to a constant stream of dumb fuck useless invasive corporate trash, and collapsing governments.

It’s hard writing fiction these days. Spend hours writing the most bizarre shit that crawls out of your brain. Then you wake up check the news and think well that’s way more fucked up than what I just wrote.
