there’s a real problem with teaching being too hard of a job and not enough pay, and having too many teachers compared to students. How many teachers have the time to develop that kind of relationship and style of teaching?

best way to teach is to build relationships with students through preference assessment and positive reinforcement. How cool if a teacher woulda seen your engagement with that and tailored your assignments through your interest. You would have been more interested in what they teach as well.
