Peter was born on 11 February, 1942. A sea fort built to protect against the Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine, the child's corporeal form manifested as HM Fort Roughs was sunk into place. He cheated death on the date of his birth, when the fort very nearly toppled over into the sea.
