I am aware how much goes into moving, I did move back to Santa Barbara in 2011, my entire household. I rented my home. I packed my house, hired interstate movers, I did all myself, I was 61. I am 15 years older, it's now or never. I want the money from my house I own, I'll pay cash for new home

lol, I am putting house on the market in March, ideally move in in May, it takes 6-8 months to be built. I know a few people there already. It's only 3 miles south from my home now. The homes are beautiful, community center being built,new pool finished. Has built 80 homes , so 50 to be full again

2) valley. It will 1520 sq ft brand new custom built home. I picked everything out. I am single older woman, stressed maintaining my home. I own, no mortgage with a huge yard. I want to get my money out and have a lot left to bank. A 55 and older community. All units are firewise. Excited 😊

1) It's a process. I'll share. I'm moving, in July made decision to move to a Manufactured Home Park. Long story. Many burned to the ground in Almeda Fire. Out of 165 homes, 20 survived. It is a 3rd generation park, nicest in the valley. I spent the summer picking the lot and designing the home.

I've had several of these procedures, no big deal, and if you have polyps, which most do, depends on the kind. Mine are familial and pre cancerous, in, snip, out forever! After feel great went out shopping 😁
