i have a rule where i’m not allowed to think about the future (including tomorrow) when jet lagged. it’s saved me so much heartache!

i won’t claim that gf pasta is anything like the real thing. but i was diagnosed with celiac five years ago and i’ve (reluctantly) become a much better cook with a finer grasp of techniques and flavors. wasn’t maybe what i wanted to be, but it has come in handy in all sorts of situations.

not at all your job. everyone deserves to dress comfortably for their bodies, no matter the kind of body.

but i wonder whether there are little cards available with info about psoriasis that you could hand to folks who are hostile or starey. also not your job! but could be powerful.

read that one on a plane. cringe and extra cringe realizing that my seatmate probably thought that was my idea of literature.
