JOHNSON IS A LIAR- The CBO has NOT reported that the BBB is lowering premiums. It shows increases costs bc of the 2025 legislation. CBO September 2025 did estimate that extending the ACA premium tax credits would reduce premiums, but that is the opposite of what the 2025 reconciliation law does.
