The crop of the image is of her left eye, where the iris is blurred and merged which the white of the eye, so it looks like a blob.

What is happening here
A cropped shot of the previous image, which was an AI generated image of a solider in front of the Palace of Westminster, with a dozens of Muslim women in between him and the palace. This image is cropped to a number of the faces of the women, all of whom have faces that look wrong because they’re AI generated. At least one doesn’t even look like a face, more like a bit of ham.
