All depends on your connection quality, but iverall I would say yes to Cable, but satellite can be impacted by weather, so not that much difference in my experience (in Aus though)

With 32 teams, play everyone twice, go back to 4 divisions and play them another two times. It's a 76 game season and 1216 overall.
Is that enough of a reduction?

I'd guess the expectation is the "shooting" comes from Vassell who'll play the 3, but Steph has shown he'll take them, just needs to be around to above league average and gets his points in his natural manner.
