Pro tip - I never use notifications for any social media app. Nothing can ever happen on social media that I need to be notified of. I only see it if I choose to check it. Protects my peace nicely.

Yes, totally agree and totally aware. That's how it works with the FDA. I've been doing medical software for diabetes since the early 90s (PalmPilot!) but everyone starts there. That said, I've had calls with them and seen prototypes.
