New builds near me are $400k just for a fucking LOT. Plus at least $800k to build. Nothing under $1 mil even for like 2500 sq ft. It’s absurd.

Just sold my old house for $200k more than we bought it for. And $70k over asking price. Home inspection waived. Absolutely wild.
