Rob is a top bloke. Came and gave a talk at Middlesbrough Motor Club a good few years back now. Took questions and gave honest answers (except on Alonso signing for Ferrari - if he knew). Will have to give this one a watch.

Agree. What's the guy got to do? He's beaten or matched everyone they've put him up against. There are better options, but Red Bull let Sainz go to Williams.

Not everyone. I didn't think it had. I was just waiting for the pressure to crank up and we'd see mistakes and aggression again. We saw the first mistake in Miami and aggression followed in Austria.
Rushes of blood to the head and the odd mistake aside, he has been the best on the grid this year.

Not everyone. I didn't think it had. I was just waiting for the pressure to crank up and we'd see mistakes and aggression again. We saw the first mistake in Miami and aggression followed in Austria.

So, I'm genuinely looking forwards to 2025, but not to 2026, as we all know what regulations changes do.

Have you noticed the British bias doesn't extend to Carlos, Charles, Oscar, Sergio, Fernando, Lance, Nico, Kevin, Liam, Yuki, Alex, Franco, Pierre, Estoban, Valteri or Zhou? That's a lot of people there is no bias against. Perhaps it isn't the British?

Saw this. It's brilliant. Been waiting for someone to say it for 3 years now. A few have skirted around the edges, but GR has gone full bore on it and I like him for it.

The penalty was fair and consistent. What wasn't consistent was the FIAs response to the mirror. It was obvious what would happen. It did happen. It seems FIA only want safety as top priority when they choose. What Lando did was less dangerous than what FIA did. But no apology, just gaslighting.

I genuinely think Perez makes it look that way. He made last years dominant car look a mere race winner. Problem is, I don't see Red Bull putting anyone in the car who will be that different. Don't see Lawson doing much better. They missed the boat with Sainz. Hopefully it costs them for years.

Well, not a proven driver like Sainz, so Max gets yet another easy team mate. But, maybe Red Bull need another top driver. Nobody is likely to beat Max over a season, but without someone decent, McLaren will beat them to the WCC and possibly Ferrari if LH can find form.
