The Tohono O'odham Nation has declared a state of emergency due to the federal shutdown and cuts in SNAP, WIC. This tribe of 34,000 members is on 2.8 million acres of land in southern Arizona. They were without representation when Trump's Little Johnson failed to swear in Adelita Grijalva.
