Historically speaking Miller isn't 'white' He's Jewish. Jews, like Catholics, were not considered to be 'white' for many decades in the early 20th century.

Math and stats are soooo different. I had to take calculus 4 times before I got through it. Stats was a totally different experience. I did four stats classes in grad school (U. Cincinnati, U. Tennessee).
