Any suggestions? I would love to have similar configs across macosx, chromebook-crostini, and windows-wsl. Configs for ssh keys, git config, zsh, vscode.

Of course cloud-based config has been so far ahead, but I'm rethinking local dev environments.

Feels like Microsoft's #devhome learn.microsoft.com/en-us/window.... But that didn't work well either.
As far as #nix, well mixed bag. Docs go from hello world to kernel patch, not much in between. I like the concept - declarative and atomic machine config - but it's hard.

Tbh, I so far don't notice that's it's slow. And the design ( clamshell ) is really the best laptop design ever made
