Exactly! Why is everyone making this so complicated. Bukele is a goddam contractor of the US Govt. He’s in violation of the contract so hold the fucking payment! That’s how our “regular” world works. Even MAGA billionaire/millionaires have gotta understand that! I’ve had payments withheld before.
