also, we’re technically only supposed to do 1 dose per t-vial, but its typical to get more out of it, so vials are easier to stock up on in case of shortages! syringes and needles are cheap online too! best of luck to u!! 🫶🫶

also less stress having to do it every single day (exhausting). just 15 minutes like once a week. weird anger+mood swings are normal! consistent dosage helps with the side effects as well :]. the acne breakouts are miserable, but my voice dropped within just a couple months with shots!
