I agree. We've seen an influx of young male converts at our OCA parrish in San Diego.

I struggle with a cynicism that dismisses them and their reason for being there.

Yup. Smog days that kept us inside during recess and lunch while in elementary school.

He will fund Anti-Trump markings on the pipe.

Yup - and then an attempt to 'whatabout' with a dog-whistle of gang violence.

Settle down. You're no better than Charlie Kirk with your immature black and white viewpoint. Grow up.
September 11, 2025 at 4:20 PM
Settle down.

Are you saying that, in 2025 with the availability of remote work, that the physical address of one's employer defines a person's identity?

What a weird thing to say. Klein, for whatver his faults, was born and raised a west coast lib and has spent the majority of his life in CA.

Ezra is from Irvine. lol.

I got one as a Christmas gift last year!

Reunited with his mentor, Paul Popenoe.

Cry harder.

When your trolling fails, reduced down to muting! Loser.
June 19, 2025 at 10:33 PM
Seriously - butts into a conversation with a random ass comment from the peanut gallery and then just proceeds to troll. Lame.
June 19, 2025 at 10:03 PM
Looks like your comprehension is conditional.

Man, what a tired routine.

Get a life, troll.
June 19, 2025 at 10:01 PM
As an uncle to an awesome nephew on the spectrum, I'd be an ally and advocate any other day of the week.

It would be unfair to the neurodivergent community to reduce your nonsense here as a symptom of that ND. Sometimes an immature asshole is just an immature asshole.
June 19, 2025 at 9:35 PM
Get a load of this guy! Freakin' BlueSky police over here! lol.

Weirdo.
June 19, 2025 at 9:22 PM
If what I stated is wrong, correct me on the points.

Your comment - pedantic in and of itself - adds nothing to this.

What a weird comment to make.

That article does a good job of the historical background and proves my point.

Chavez Ravine was planned for redevelopment a decade before the Dodgers were part of the conversation.

To reduce it down to 'Dodgers destroyed the Chavez Ravine community' is ahistorical.
June 19, 2025 at 8:49 PM
That site had been planned for redevelopment for well over a decade before the Dodgers were part of the discussion. Hell, it was even once considered as a site for Disneyland.
June 19, 2025 at 8:41 PM
There is so much more nuance and history than to just reduce it down to "Dodgers (or LA) kicked out and destroyed the Chavez Ravine and surrounding area to make way for the stadium".
June 19, 2025 at 8:39 PM
This myth again!
June 19, 2025 at 8:05 PM
Agreed. And it's not even all of DTLA. It's a few blocks on or around the plaza and Union Station. Someone hanging out at Pershing Square could be entirely unaware of the events.

I just got back from dropping my 14 year old off the airport for the 8th grade graduation NYC/DC trip.

Yikes.
June 7, 2025 at 4:02 PM
Nobody does that.
