Can he take legal action against these clowns for defamation of characters? It's been two years. Time to accept that the writers they saw as the saviors of #Days have failed at the job. Even the people on that other site have accepted that Ron's not to blame for the current state of the show.

I wonder if it was the strike. If you notice just about every writer that went on strike and came back afterward is no longer writing for the show.

Jeremy was/is a sacrificial lamb to prop Stephanie and Alex (who's not working couple wise). Next up (if the rumors are true about her coming back) is Joy Wesley.

#Days is in need of a hard reset. The show feels as if it began a downward spiral after the AA scandal broke 3 years ago and the people in charge haven't figured out how to stop it. While my expectations are very low, hopefully Noel has found a way to course correct things.

Jada and Alex i can understand them not knowing because they weren't in Salem at the time. But someone should remember Owen. A man who kidnapped Stephanie and became obsessed with her while holding her captive for EJ. And eventually escaped on his way to prison.

We do have Shawn's shooting coming up. And that's supposed to lead to the long-awaited Jada-Shawn romance (and hopefully more screen time for those two). Even though I have a feeling these writers somehow going to make that all about Stephanie and Alex (who's not working as a couple).

Something tells me #Days will be getting a new head writer/writers at the end of the year or early next year. I believe the show is up for renewal next year (2027) and renewal time is usually when Ken wakes up, come into the office and make changes to save it.

Yes. I think today is the first time in a long time that the show has actually held my full attention. Julie and Foster are just adorable together (hopefully they don't go the romance route with them). David even made me feel sad for Leo. He just felt like a totally different character today. #Days

Ryan and Jamey (especially Ryan) are considered two historians of Days. I notice when Ryan's name disappeared from the credits last year that's when the show begin feeling less like the one we're familiar with.

I know he was a co head writers with Dena before Ron was hired. I wonder how he would have done on his own in the position. Cause at the point I believe my sixteen year old nephew could do a better job as head writer of #Days than the current ones.

Ryan's been at GH for almost a year now. Days is done with the scripts Jamey wrote too. He's no longer listed in the writers credits I noticed today.

At this point I think these writers are just making stuff up as they go along. I know we're upset that Marlena wasn't at Trey's Christening, but she is needed more at Bayview to save Rachel and even Sophia from this quack doctor that doing more harm to them than good. #Days

If that's the case that would explain why there's such a push to make Stephanie and Cat work and it's just not. It's sad that someone behind the scenes hasn't realize this or just don't care. #Days

Has this ever happened on any other show before where the biggest star of it feels as if they have been pushed to the side? I would say Marlena getting less airtime is because Dee is getting work on other shows, but this has been going on since these writers took over nearly a year ago. #Days

That's how Bold works. Brad brings on a new character or bring one back, he get bored with them within two weeks and then you barely see them or we learn from another character they have left town. So RJ will be gone soon like the last two times.

#Days has just become so anticlimactic under these writers. Stories that should end with a bang barely ends on a whimper. I bet that the Stephanie stalker story (that nobody cares about and feels as if it has been dragged out longer than any other story) will get all the bells & whistles ending.

Her and Drake. I'm still amazed at how with everything he was going through he still came in to work on the show until he couldn't.

It's just sad. Some over there are even calling for the show to be outright canceled because four actors were let go. The thing is we all know how #Days operate we will be getting announcement by the end of the year or early next year that some of these actors are back.

I said it sometime ago but I'm shocked that Paula who was head writer once before (and was praised) is so bad at the job this time around. Also, it dawned on me last night that Ryan Quan is no longer there as a story consultant, and I wonder if that's what missing and why the show is so bad. #Days

I think the only way we will ever get any kind of changes at #Days is if Ken retire or someone there finally think outside of the box. Y&R tried it once but get producers and writers from the UK soaps. Or do how Port Charles was when storylines changed every three months.

On that other site a while ago, there was speculation that the settlement with Ari would impact #Days budget. If that's true than that could be the reason for trimming the cast.

I'm wondering if Raven, Leo, Ashley and Carson are just the tip of the iceberg. According to the Daily Mail the cast was "blindsided" by these firing and is now living in "fear". #Days
