I think the main reason they're doing it is to send a message. A message that the government is in control of everything, just like they've been saying these last couple of decades. I pray it's only four years with this guy.

In public?! Izuku takes a deep breath, muttering. "They're alone. They're eating together alone." He holds his head in his hands. Struggling to understand why he feels so ill suddenly.

Then he sees it, he feels nauseous and sits down. Why does he keep feeling ill? Maybe he ate something he wasn't supposed to. Still, the image is stuck in his mind. That damn guy, his hand's on his best friend's upper thigh. How degenerate!

He looks up everything he can about this Riku guy. Why is he eating with Kacchan? How does he know him? When did they meet? Who let them speak alone? Suddenly Izuki stands. Dashing over to the window. He looks outside, scanning for any sign if Katsuki.

Katsuki waits at the door and takes the Riku's hand. The door shuts and Izuku feels a pang in his chest. Is he sick? He sits down at his desk. Then grabs his notebook from his bag, scribbling away. He quickly takes out his laptop and types as fast as he can.

-Me and Katsuki are about to head out for lunch." Riku holds up a bento box, wrapped in a cute All Might-themed cloth. "Wanna join us?" No was the first thing that came to Izuku's mind but he relaxes himself. "Ah, sorry I can't. I.. got papers to grade. You know um." Riku nods and wishes Izuku well.

They've never met before! He's way out of this random's world. He's just an extra like Kacchan always says. Katsuki and the man notice the shock on Izuku's face and the man steps forward. "Hey Midorya, I hope you don't mind me interrupting your conversation.-
