Things I regularly do in an airport using existing infrastructure: run, walk, climb stairs, lift heavy objects. Most airport terminals are great places to walk no matter the amount of time you have to burn.

Women haven't been required to wear a hijab (headscarf) or abaya (cloak) since 2019. Very normal in public to see both or just an abaya (esp westerners, my pref, bring a scarf JIC). Wearing neither is uncommon in public, but norm for foreign dignitaries & private occasions. Burkas are rare

It's crazy. My hubs travels to the middle east for work. I go with when I can. Just 3 years ago my MAGA fam wouldn't even look at my Saudi pics, much less hear my stories. Now they have no prob w/ Saudi $ in our govt & the Jared thing was just business 🙄
