Sometimes change really is as good as a rest! 4 days into a 7 day tennis coaching camp in Egypt, and while the old bones may be aching, I’m feeling really refreshed and very positive. Definitely ready to finish the year on a high before heading into 2025 with new goals clearly established. #tennis
