I'd be remiss to leave this guy out of my top picks, as far as formative, long-term crushes go. Charles Foster Offdensen from Metalocalypse. Smart, glasses, looks great in a suit, with some depth that you get peeks at initially and grows as the series goes on. Love the "unexpectedly deadly" guys.

Aging up a little, I started playing TF2 in I wanna say college, and fell in love with Mr. Medic TF2. The voice work, the glasses, so much characterization but also blank slate enough that any fanwork could seem plausible. I've even cosplayed the guy (technically, genderbent). Love love love Medic.
