it’s definitely still awful that a jury could review the evidence in this case and rule them not guilty.

it’s terrible this happened at the state level, but they are facing time federally. they’ve already been convicted and are awaiting sentencing.

they just had to get a verdict at the state level first.

that said, I wonder how long until trump pardons their federal conviction?
