Katamari, our cockatiel, suddenly passed away last night. Cause unknown. He was looking a bit lethargic the day before so we were going to take him to the vet when they were available on Monday.

Not to jinx it but Squamish is still around and getting better. He has to take some liver support medicine each night (and probably for a long time), and I always feel bad about it cuz he doesn’t like being held, but he’s gotten very good about taking it and we have a nice sit afterwards #birdsky

Removed the Zonda post as it’s unlikely she’ll return now and it was too painful to look at and not how I want to remember her
