i’m pretty confident we will be trying some laotian places once i get up there, so hopefully we find somewhere just as good and you can come with sometime

it really does. we got like beef jerky, some beef skewers, some spicy sausage, and some mushroom soup (and sticky rice to eat the meats with). it was family style so we all got a bit of each and literally every dish was great

laotian! in all fairness i think the sicky feeling im dealing with was more driven by getting glutened sometime before this meal and some car sickness, but i just wanted to vibe and enjoy being full

good luck! when i quit nicotine it helped to have gum so i could still somewhat deal with the oral fixation/habit. you might try that if the cravings get bad! 🫂
