Dear Mr. Dummy, if I purchase a Japanese car and pay an additional 25% more in price, I am essentially paying the Japanese government back for your tariff. That means I’m paying it not the Japanese I know it’s a tough concept. It’s difficult concept for a brilliant mind, so ask an accountant.
