In short, I want to help you to buy your next car Carmly. So that’s what the new service is called. It’s launching today, in association with Palmdale Car Finders, and I’ll be offering the service independently too before too long.

You can find more details here: www.palmdale.co.uk/carmly/

All I can say for now is 'it will be'. We had some ideas for a rejig for Season 2 but they've been put on hold for reasons. We do want to return to doing it - it's just life has been getting in the way!

Decided to take a step back from all social media a few months ago for my own mental health. It's done wonders. But all's well! Thank you for your concern. Just popping back for a bit of shameless self-promotion!

Definitely one to jump at if I’m ever offered the chance!

Well there’s a blast from the past. We stayed in that exact hotel block a few years ago! In fact our room is in your picture!

Can vouch for the slickness of the column change on the Ds, having now tried a couple more since. Was also surprised by how nice the dash-mounted change was on the Traction. In fact, what blew me away about the Traction was how modern it felt for such an old car.

We used to have a metric fucktonne of these when I worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Was always a bit of a guilty pleasure when you’d get to take an SRi Exterior Pack with the optional pano roof on a delivery run. Entirely meh to drive, especially with the 1.8 petrol, but they looked great!

Sounds like an absolutely banging night in!

Yes, but just every once in a while, it’s important to remember that you owe it to yourself to stay up late and eat as many biscuits as you like.

“Day 342: they still don’t suspect I’m a Mk3…”

Utterly glorious!

There’s an ASpture too…

Glorious!

Yup, can’t speak to the other areas as I haven’t skied many of those, but the upgrades to the lift system in the last 10 years or so at the Pass Thurn end have made a huge difference - not least the Panoramabahn, which holds a special place in my heart as it’s the first lift I took my wife up!

That’s a long old schlep - took me most of a day to ski it, let alone walking it! My folks once had a small flat in Mittersill so we always used to ski the Pass Thurn end of the ski area - amazing views down into the Salzachtal and Leukental, and usually lovely and quiet until mid-morning!

Looks like you’re somewhere up above Hollersbach? Been a while so I could be mistaken!

Agreed, though there is always the Kona Electric. Admittedly not quite as cohesive a design as the Ioniq 5, but eye-catching in its own way and just as smooth to drive!

Great cars too!

Yeah I’m definitely not an EVangelist. I’m lucky enough that one works well for my use case but I also know there are plenty of use cases where they don’t work just yet.

Thank you sir!

Ahh that’s a shame! It actually feels quite compact to us, having come from a Superb Estate!
