The app I built to extract hiking data for trek.scriptedpixels.co.uk

the app takes a date range, extracts the daily averages, & Hiking workout data e.g: route coordinates &* alt. I export it to my Upstash instance (a database).

My then uses the data for each day 🤓

🙄 Dad Jokes uses 'Upstash' to keep track of what joke's received the most ❤️. Redis is a fast low-latency server-less key-value store. I'm saving each joke & a count. Cached in JSON for an hour. Rebuilt when a user visits "outside of the hour".

Lat pull down bumped up: 50kg x 12 reps x 4 sets

Hit more PB's this morning but this is about accountability/recognising bad technique!! Had to reduce the weight on Pendlay Row's this morning. Form was off with heavier weight last week.

60kg = bad form
40kg = better form this morning!
